30g All purpose flour
40g @usnsa whole food gainer
10g Cocoa
2g Xylitol sugar
2g Baking powder
50g Plain yogurt
30g Pure honey
1 Egg
1 TBSP dark choc chips
Mix all the dry ingredients together.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
The batter will be thick and sticky.
Spray your baking pan and evenly spread your batter.
Air fry for 6min on 230C
Or oven bake on 200 for 8-10min
Slice into 4 pieces (1 piece =143 Calories)
