Peanut butter protein cookies

Ingredients:

– x2 eggs

– x3 cups of oats

– 1.5 cups of melted peanut butter

– 1/4 cup of honey

– x2 scoops of your favorite @usnsa whey protein (I used Chocolate)

– 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda

– 1 tsp baking powder

– x1 or 2 bars of USN TrustCrunch cookies and cream chopped up into small pieces

(If you find the mixture is too dry, add a couple drops of warm milk just to loosen it up)

Mix mix mix mix all ingredients together. Roll into balls, press flat into a disc and bake for 12 mins on 180 degrees and VOILA! Delicious peanut butter protein oat cookies.
