Protein cheesecake trifle

Delicious treat by @barbellsandbrowniesza

Makes one large serving, or two small servings.

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Sugar free Digestive biscuit
  • Sugar free Raspberry jelly
  • ¾ scoop (20g) USN Bluelab™ 100% Whey Vanilla
  • 70g Fat free Cottage cheese
  • Optional: stevia or sweetener of choice
  • ½ USN Trust Crunch Raspberry Cheesecake bar

 

DIRECTIONS:

Prepare the jelly as per package instructions, and allow to cool.

Crumble the digestive biscuit, and put half in the bottom of a large wine glass or dessert bowl.

Mix the cottage cheese and Whey protein, and add a heaped tablespoon on top of the biscuits.

Continue adding layers of jelly, cottage cheese and biscuit crumbs, ending with cottage cheese mixture.

Cut up the Trust bar, and sprinkle on top.
