Protein flapjacks

Recipe by Sian Passanah

Ingredients:

1 cup oat flour
1 heaped scoop of USN BlueLabâ„¢ 100% Whey Premium Protein (Chocolate flavour)
2 large egg whites
2 tsps. chia seeds
2 tsps. baking powder
+/- 3/4 cup of water (may need to add more for consistency)

 

Method:

Place all ingredients into a blender of choice and mix.

Add Belgian dark chocolate (no sugar added) – as much as your heart desires.

Fry in a non-stick pan (sprayed with cooking spray).

 

Makes 12

Serve with fat-free plain yoghurt, a dollop of crunchy peanut butter and more chocolate shavings.
