Protein Oat Pancakes

Recipe:
40 g oats
4 egg whites
30-50ml milk
2 scoops @usnsa casein protein powder
1 tblsp lotus spread
Handful blueberries
Method:
Blend oats until it forms in to flour consistency. Add in the egg whites , milk and blend.
Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the casein powder. Fold in the casein powder using a spatula.
Use a non stick pan and cook spray to cook the pancakes.
Melt the lotus spread and drizzle.
Top up with blueberries.
