Protein truffles

Protein Cranberry truffles & Fruity Muesli truffles

INGREDIENTS:

Protein Cranberry truffles:

  • 1½ scoops of USN BLUELAB™ 100% Whey
  • 2 table spoons peanut butter (optional)
  • ¼ cup cranberries (optional)

Protein Muesli truffles:

  • 2 scoops of USN Casein protein
  • 2½ spoons peanut butter (optional)
  • ¼ cup muesli (optional)

 

Mix all the ingredients for each truffle together and roll it in the palm of your hand into balls. Melt the Trust bar in a bowl. Add a teaspoon of coconut oil. Warm it until it’s fully melted, mix gradually. Once the chocolate is melted, dip your protein truffles in it and leave it over night to set in the fridge.
