This Smoothie & Granola bowl recipe is for a full big glass smoothie, plus a smoothie bowl with coconut and vanilla granola.

Protein: 41 grams
Smoothie:
•Protein Shake 1 scoop (I used USN Whey Gh all-in-one, chocolate flavour)
•Collagen (I used USN Slim & Beauty collagen, one sachet)
•One cup frozen mixed berries
•1/2 tsp tumeric
•1/2 tsp cinnamon
•One cup filtered water
Throw it all in the blender and mix.
Pour 3/4 of your smoothie into a tall glass. Then pour one shot of your gut health probiotic into that.
Pour the remaining smoothie into a bowl, and top with 30 grams granola (I used the Woolworths Carb Clever Coconut & Vanilla granola)
